Here on the Hicks Family Farm we believe in growing healthy, sustainable and delicious food. That's why we use the pastured poultry model and raise our products organically. Our business model is all about you knowing us and consequently, your food. This kind of business model requires the producer and the consumers to support each other and have clear avenues of communication. We are a startup business located in NW Rochester, MN. That said, we currently have a small, more specialized range of products. These include whole chicken, chicken cuts, and popcorn.
